can't connect it to Jdeveloper, it only support OC4J 1013.
JDeveloper 10.1.3 does not support OC4J 10.1.2.
OC4J supports J2EE 1.3. JDeveloper supports J2EE 1.4.
create the EAR/WAR in JDeveloper and then use the OC4J utilities to deploy them.
One other option is to use the Ant support in JDeveloper to do this.
